Terms & Conditions (AGB) – Dog Life Balance

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Dog Life Balance (dog training, puppy school, social classes, dog walking, and dog sitting). By booking a service, the client accepts these terms.

2. Participation Requirements

• Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and free of contagious diseases or parasites.

• The client must inform the trainer of any health issues, behavioral problems, or special needs before training begins.

• Dogs in heat may not attend group sessions or puppy classes and if its on own risk and Dog Life Balance is not covering any costs..

3. Liability

• Participation in all services is at the client’s own risk.

• Dog Life Balance is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by the dog or the owner. We are not covering any vet bills in case of an accident.

• The client is responsible for their dog at all times and must hold valid liability insurance for their dog.

4. Training Success

• Dog training depends on consistency and cooperation between the owner and the dog. Dog Life Balance does not guarantee specific results.

• The client is responsible for implementing the training at home.

5. Payment & Cancellation

• All services must be paid in advance or on the day of service.

• For 1:1 sessions and walks, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.

• For group classes or puppy school, no refund will be given for missed sessions.

6. Safety Rules

• Dogs must remain on leash unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.

• The use of harsh training methods (e.g., violence, choke collars, prong collars) is not permitted in any Dog Life Balance sessions.

7. Photos & Media

• Dog Life Balance may take photos or videos during training for marketing purposes. If you do not agree, please inform us in writing before the session.

8. Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Australian law.
